R	Ralph Capper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ World of queues! Miserable due to the minimum 2 hours in total you'll spend standing in hot, crowded queues with people who have lost all patience and humanity. Even if you buy your ticket in advance, the minimum time to the top is 1.5 hours. Queue to get on, then there's a scrum to board it, then get stuffed inside, so many people that half the passengers can't get near a window or see. Think hot, sweaty, unpleasant. Queue again halfway! Yes the views are lovely at the top, but anyone who is enthusiastic about this cattle-car tourist-trap horror-crush is forgetting the nightmare journey and just thinking of the views at the top. Awful.
W	Wiktoria Laszik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm really surprised why people are so annoyed by waiting in the queue... We went there on Easter Sunday, at the morning (about 10 am) and there was no queue! Yes, when we came down about 1pm there was massive queue, but if you want to avoid it just go at the morning. Amazing views, worth the price :)
M	Michael Graham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on Sat 7 Sept and no queue at 11am, lift very fast and amazing views. Nice walk at top to the north about 3km return, to get best views of lake and Limone. €19 each using free discount card from hotel. Recommended. Queue up looked bad at 2pm on our return
M	Mad- Line on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive yes but damn- what a view! In some minutes you are on the top of the mountain. And it is so impressive there. Breathtaking view to all sides and nice for walking, Dogs are allowed for 7 Euro on top. But I think, it is OK for that what you get

We booked the reduced tickets which meant we could only go up 0800-0930 or after 1600, the early start was definitely worth it. No issues parking, no queues and straight up to the top of Mt Baldo! A great experience and fantastic views of Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains. 5* Please note when we left at 11:30 the queues were very long for both the ticket office and the cable car.
E	Emily Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in low season (first weekend in May) and experienced no queue to get up but a 50 minute wait to get down - that being said it didn’t impact our experience as the views are breath taking! I would recommend taking a picnic lunch so you can fully enjoy your time there and lunch with a view - we had snacks with us which were just enough although there is a cafe up there but we didn’t check it out so can’t comment. The first gondola takes 45 people and the second gondola to the top takes 80 - each gondola ride only has one car on the line (2 lines and 2 cars total!!!) so you can understand how queues can build up!! BUT we just ensured we left enough time to get to the bottom to catch the last boat back, there is a car park there too If you did want to drive: The views are outstanding though and when you’re up there you can wonder around, we spent around 3.5 hours there total) The second gondola rotates 360 on the way up too. I recommend but in high season would anticipate long queues!!!
Y	Yonatan Gotlib on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place where you get on the cable car to the top. Huge line, get ready. You can get on the line only between the hours you have on your ticket. You better start getting there on the starting time you have on the ticket (if 10:00-10:30 then be there at 10:00), then the line is quite short. You can get a ticket online, or there (NOT from the line to the cable car!) for 3 eur more.
N	Naoko N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great view but wonder if 25 euro is worth it. Takes so long to take two separate gondola up to the top of the mountain. On the way down, the gondola I got on started malfunctioning and almost missed my ferry! It was a scary moment. It took 20 mins extra to fix the issue. Also, we bought tickets on line a day before as Google map’s review warned us. But, our plan changed and could not make it on the day of the tickets. I tried to reschedule our trip or get a refund…but they would not accept it. Do not buy the tickets till you are very sure about your plan. Also, you can easily buy a ticket when you get there.
