Personale davvero molto competente e cordiale sempre pronto a soddisfare le diverse esigenze dei commensali. Mi sento di consigliare il “Tartufo Roll” superlativo!!! really level Fusion Restaurant, prepared location to the smallest detail, which offers a pleasant climate while tasting one of the best Fusion menu in the city. Staff very competent and friendly always ready to meet the diverse needs of the diners. I would advise the "Truffle Roll" superlative !!!
c	cristiano lo zupone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tavolo prenotato su the fork, siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di ritardo ma era ancora a nostra disposizione. Esperienza deludente per via di alcuni dettagli che nel complesso pesano e fanno la differenza. Di positivo c'è l'atmosfera e l'arredamento, composto da sedute comode e particolari, con dettagli che completano un suggestivo piccolo sushi bar, e c'è anche una buona parte della cucina, con alcuni roll che sono veramente buoni e che rivelano una materia prima di qualità. Di negativo ci sono diverse cose: ancora in piedi appena entrati nel locale ci è stato chiesto se volessimo alghe ed edamame, in una modalità che lasciava intendere fossero una sorta di "benvenuto" gratuito, ed invece non solo erano nel conto, ma addirittura gli edamame erano tutti completamente vuoti, non vi era un solo guscio che al suo interno avesse il frutto (allego foto) . L'ironia della battuta del cameriere definendola come "caccia al tesoro" una volta lamentata era fuori luogo anche e soprattutto perché a fine cena sono stati da noi pagati senza averne assaggiati nemmeno uno. L'attesa tra l ordinazione ed il servizio al tavolo è stata epocale, più di 40 minuti per avere il primo roll nonostante ci fossero una quindicina di coperti. L avvocado all'interno dei roll era completamente acerbo, duro e insapore. Il menu è ricco ma eccessivamente caro, al punto che il conto presentato a fine cena ha totalmente sollevato alcun dubbio su un eventuale ipotesi di ritorno. Table booked on the fork, we arrived 30 minutes late but was still available to us. Disappointing experience due to some details that overall weigh and make a difference. On the positive side there is the atmosphere and the furniture, composed of comfortable and particular seats, with details that complete a suggestive small sushi bar, and there is also a good part of the kitchen, with some rolls that are really good and that reveal a quality raw material. There are several negative things: still standing as soon as we entered the restaurant we were asked if we wanted seaweed and edamame, in a way that suggested they were a sort of free "welcome", and instead they were not only in the bill, but even the edamame were all completely empty, there was not a single shell that had the fruit inside (I attach photo). The irony of the waiter's joke defining it as a "treasure hunt" once complained was out of place also and above all because at the end of the dinner they were paid by us without having tasted even one. The wait between the order and the table service was epochal, more than 40 minutes to have the first roll despite there being about fifteen seats. The avocado inside the rolls was completely unripe, hard and tasteless. The menu is rich but excessively expensive, to the point that the bill presented at the end of the dinner has totally raised any doubts about a possible return.

L'arredamento, la piacevole musica in sottofondo e le luci soffuse creano una bella atmosfera che permette di godersi ancora di più l'unicità di ogni piatto. La qualità delle materie prime è eccellente, ciascun piatto è un'esplosione di sapori e culture diverse ma che legano perfettamente tra loro. Buonissimi i roll, gli yaki udon al pesce, la tempura di gamberi in crosta di pistacchio e la sorprendente cheesecake. Il personale inoltre è gentilissimo e dà ottimi consigli sui piatti migliori del menù. Small but really cozy place. The decor, the pleasant music in the background and the soft lighting create a nice atmosphere that allows you to enjoy even more the uniqueness of each dish. The quality of the raw materials is excellent, each dish is an explosion of different tastes and cultures but they perfectly tie together. Delicious rolls, yaki udon with fish, shrimp tempura with pistachio crust and the amazing cheesecake. The staff is also very kind and gives excellent advice on the best dishes on the menu.
