Al conferimento dell’incarico avevo diritto ad un contratto a tempo indeterminato 36 ore a conclusione mi ha chiesto di accettarne 30 e di rinunciare alle ore di lavoro non retribuite. Gli ho revocato il mandato perché è venuta meno la fiducia e l'ho affidato ad un altro avvocato. Un diritto maturato non può essere negoziato, svalutato lo si deve ottenere con l'impegno di un avvocato. Altri avrebbero accettato?! Io non sono gli altri. I am not satisfied with the work done.
