Excellent teacher, she carries out her profession with passion, dedication and sweetness. Recommended at all levels, she knows how to put everyone at ease and suggests specific exercises / variations each one for their own physicality without ever exaggerating. More than really recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cinque anni che seguo Sara nello yoga e in meditazione, la trovo preparatissima nella tecnica, riesce a trasmettere nelle sue lezioni l'amore per questa disciplina. Lo yoga fatto con lei dona benessere al fisico ma soprattutto allo spirito.
I have been following Sara in yoga and meditation for five years, I find her very well prepared in technique, she manages to convey the love for this discipline in her lessons. Yoga done with her gives well-being to the body but above all to the spirit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'insegnante Maitri con professionalità riesce a rendere accessibile lo Yoga anche ai neofiti della pratica. Spiega molto bene le posizioni, il respiro e i benefici. La lezione è facile da seguire sia per chi è esperto che per i principianti. Esiste anche un secondo livello pensato per soddisfare le esigenze di chi ha già competenza della materia.
The teacher Maitri with professionalism manages to make Yoga accessible even to newcomers to the practice. It explains the postures, the breath and the benefits very well. The lesson is easy to follow for both experienced and beginners. There is also a second level designed to meet the needs of those who already have competence in the subject.
