★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo , in un negozio la differenza la fanno le commesse , scorbutiche , scontrose e anche ineducate , entro 19:45 e si guardano tra di loro smorfiando scocciate della mia presenza , chiedo se era tardi e mi rispondono "beh chiudiamo alle 8,
Che delusione !!!!!
Poi non ci lamentiamo che alcuni negozi chiudono , ci saranno dei motivi........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo!!! Ho acquistato un lampadario e due sgabelli in pelle ho speso tanto inoltre faccio spesso piccoli acquisti. Questa sera sono andata a ritirare il lampario ho chiesto aiuto visto il volume del lampadario che ho fatto fatica a metterlo in un maggiolino.
Ho chiesto aiuto a un passante perché i dipendenti di maison hanno detto che non potevo o assolutamente aiutarmi
.. Ho notato che un dipendente mentre cercavamo di mettere il pacco gigante in macchina, è uscito per bene due volte ad aiutare dei signori.
Ho telefonato arrabbiata e una certa Brenda che dice di essere la responsabile ha prima negato poi ha confermato rispondendo che valutano loro se aiutare o no in base al peso e dimensione... Robe da matti!!!!! Maleducati, indisponenti
Terrible !!! I bought a chandelier and two leather stools, I spent a lot and I often make small purchases. This evening I went to pick up the lampario I asked for help seeing the volume of the chandelier that I struggled to put it in a beetle.
I asked a passer-by for help because the maison employees said that I could not or absolutely help me
.. I noticed that an employee while we were trying to put the giant package in the car, came out for good twice to help gentlemen.
I called angry and a certain Brenda who says she is responsible first denied then confirmed by replying that they evaluate whether to help or not based on weight and size ... Crazy stuff !!!!! Rude, irritating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel centro commerciale " Le Maioliche" di Faenza, c'è questo negozio di mobili ed oggettistica, etnici, x tutti gli ambienti della casa. Vasta la scelta, originalità dei prodotti,commesse garbate, comodità di parcheggio. Prezzi un po' cari, ma la visita è piacevole e si può trovare facilmente anche lo spunto x un regalo simpatico.
In the "Le Maioliche" shopping center in Faenza, there is this store of furniture and objects, ethnic, x all the rooms of the house. Vast the choice, originality of products, garbate committed, parking comfort. A little dear prices, but the visit is pleasant and you can easily find the starting point for a nice gift.

Guardando le esposizioni ci accorgiamo di una scrivania, prezzo €159. Bene, chiediamo la possibilità di acquistare e la commessa ci fa presente che non è presente in magazzino..ok prendiamo quella esposta per cui chiediamo se possono smontarla in modo da poterla entrare in macchina. Risposta negativa motivata dal fatto che in negozio erano presenti solo lavoratrici donne. Va bene la portiamo montata... Ulteriore novità, il prezzo esposto non era veritiero, "aveva subito un aumento di 10 euro da pochissimo"... mmm cominciamo a sentirci su scherzi a parte, scrivania esposta con un prezzo, ultimo articolo, il prezzo che di solito viene ritoccato a favore del cliente, subisce un rincaro. Va bene lo stesso, facciamo felice la nostra bimba che aveva scelto la sua scrivania. Dulcis in fundo arriva la commessa dedicata ai mobili e ci comunica che la scrivania in questione, ultimo pezzo, esposta con un prezzo che non era il suo NON ERA IN VENDITA....aahhahaha il capo settore avrebbe deciso di tenerla li. Lo stesso capo settore era passata e non degnandosi nemmeno di fermarsi, ha confermato davanti a noi alla commessa che la scrivania l'avrebbero tenuta.
Quindi, scrivania esposta in vendita con un prezzo non veniva venduta e comunque sia non al prezzo esposto.
Ci tengo a sottolineare che la mia educazione e la mia gentilezza seppur amareggiata sono sempre rimaste al top durante tutta la stranissima esperienza.
Sconsiglio vivamente lo store in questione.
Care professioniste dell'arredo forse qualcosa vi sta sfuggendo di mano.

Another novelty, the price displayed was not true, "it had undergone an increase of 10 euros very recently" ... mmm we begin to feel about joking aside, desk exposed with a price, last article, the price, which is usually adjusted in favor of the customer, undergoes an increase. That's okay, let's make our little girl happy that she chose her desk. Last but not least, the contract dedicated to furniture arrives and tells us that the desk in question, the last piece, exhibited with a price that was not his WAS NOT FOR SALE .... aahhahaha the head of the sector would have decided to keep it there. The same department head had passed by and not even deigning to stop, he confirmed in front of us to the clerk that they would keep the desk.
Therefore, a desk displayed for sale with a price was not being sold and in any case not at the price displayed.
I would like to underline that my education and my kindness, albeit embittered, have always remained at the top throughout the very strange experience.
I strongly advise against the store in question.
