Mi piaceva e allora ho voluto acquistare quello esposto. Non mi è stato concesso alcuncono sconto perché in esposizione e addirittura mi è stato chiesto di acquistarlo con formula visto e piaciuto senza garanzie!
Personale poco professionale e non sa fare il mestiere del venditore.
I bought a chandelier that was only on display and was not in stock nor could it be reordered.
I liked it and so I wanted to buy the one on display. I was not granted any discount because it was on display and I was even asked to buy it with the seen and liked formula without guarantees!
Unprofessional staff and do not know how to do the job of a salesman.

Spesso si tende a scrivere recensioni negative, invece oggi voglio fare i complimenti a questa splendida, cordiale e disponibile ragazza che svolge il suo lavoro con grande passione ed entusiasmo! Complimenti!
I have never been to the San Rocco al porto shop but I had a telephone conversation with Federica to get information on the availability of a product and the possible purchase. We often tend to write negative reviews, but today I want to congratulate this beautiful, friendly and helpful girl who does her job with great passion and enthusiasm! Congratulations!
