Mi è stato comunicato che dovevo attendere circa 15 minuti e devo dire che per essere solo in 2, non ho atteso più del previsto. Ho deciso che mi sarei fatta fare il colore, il mio era un po' sbiadito e avevo troppa ricrescita. Una ragazza mi ha consigliato e preso nota del colore, nel frattempo mi ha spiegato che facendo la tessera avrei avuto sul trattamento successivo uno sconto del 20% che diventa il 50% nel giorno del mio compleanno. Sono stata molto soddisfatta. Se vi state chiedendo come mai non ho dato 5 stelle, è perché mi riservo di vedere come andrà con il taglio. Taglio fatto benissimo e prezzi ottimo, torneremo sicuramente Staff very kind. I had my 5 year old cut her hair and the boys were so kind. Very well done cut and excellent prices, we will definitely be back

Aggiungono costi in più a quello che dovrebbe essere compreso nel servizio. Tipo per applicazione semipermanente più 10 euro per limare semplicemente le unghie, e non manicure... Mai visto da nessuna parte. Atteggiamento direi poco corretto. I am not used to making negative reviews but despite the professionalism of the girls the pricing policy is really absurd .. They add extra costs to what should be included in the service. Type for semi-permanent application plus 10 euros to simply file the nails, and no manicure ... Never seen anywhere. Attitude I would say incorrect.

Pulizia, cordialità e attenzione per il cliente sono cose che non mancano mai ma quello che colpisce in positivo è anche il clima che si trova lì dentro. Il personale è sempre divertente, scherzoso, mai invadente ed è un piacere vederli svolgere il loro lavoro con passione e solarità. Per me è diventato un momento di relax ed un pieno di energia positiva. Complimenti e avanti così, uno staff meraviglioso ! I usually go to the hairdresser shop and have a great time because the staff are super professional. Cleanliness, friendliness and attention to the customer are things that are never lacking but what is positive is also the atmosphere that is inside. The staff is always funny, playful, never intrusive and it is a pleasure to see them do their job with passion and sunshine. For me it has become a moment of relaxation and a full of positive energy. Congratulations and so on, wonderful staff!

La prima volta sono andata Domenica non ci esarebbe stato posto, ma la responsabile si è offerta di iniziare a lavorare un'ora prima per accontentarmi. Mi ha fatto la pulizia del viso utilizzando diversi prodotti. Molto preparata e competente. La seconda volta ho fatto la seconda parte della pulizia viso con spremitura e ceretta duca's che è quella brasiliana che è molto meno dolorosa dell'altra. Raffaella è molto simpatica, professionale, precisa e veloce. Consigliato. 4 stelle perché è un po' caro, ma utilizzando prodotti di alta qualità, va bene. Ambiente molto pulito e accogliente . Lettino riscaldato. Uno spettacolo I have been to this beauty center twice. I did chemical facial cleansing and then manual and waxing. The first time I went on Sunday there would be no room, but the manager offered to start work an hour early to accommodate me. He did my face cleansing using different products. Very knowledgeable and competent. The second time I did the second part of duke's facial cleansing with squeezing and waxing which is the Brazilian one which is much less painful than the other. Raffaella is very nice, professional, precise and fast. Recommended. 4 stars because it's a little expensive, but using high quality products, that's fine. Very clean and welcoming environment. Heated bed. A show
