Raramente scrivo una recensione su un negozio di elettronica al consumo, questo store è veramente un'eccezione nel panorama. Occupandomi di Informatica e Telefonia e videoconferenze per le aziende ho sperimentato il servizio dell'Euronics di San rocco al Porto. Contro ogni mia aspettativa il risultato è stato ottimo.
Gli addetti al reparti sono riusciti a soddisfare ogni richiesta con competenza proattività. Ottima la disponibilità Hardware ed accessori. Competenti nelle risposte tecniche ed amministrative (estensioni di garanzia). Ho trovato il televisore adatto alla sala videoconferenze, il desktop a supporto ed gli accessori audio a corredo. A margine di questo ho apprezzato pure il reparto videogiochi, ben fornito.
Come sempre la differenza la fanno le persone, che nonostante il difficile periodo sono in grado di sorridere con gli occhi e seguire i clienti.

I rarely write a review on a consumer electronics store, this store is truly an exception in the landscape. Dealing with IT and Telephony and videoconferencing for companies, I experimented with the Euronics service in San Rocco al Porto. Against all my expectations, the result was excellent.
The employees of the departments were able to satisfy every request with proactive competence. Excellent hardware and accessories availability. Competent in technical and administrative responses (warranty extensions). I found the TV suitable for the video conference room, the desktop support and the audio accessories supplied. On the sidelines of this, I also appreciated the well-stocked video game department.
As always, the difference is made by people, who despite the difficult period are able to smile with their eyes and follow customers.

Sono molto soddisfatta dei prodotti acquistati e dell'assistenza fornita dal personale specialmente dalla responsabile, molto disponibile nel fornire consigli e nel descrivere le potenzialità e le caratteristiche dei prodotti esposti prima che acquistassi il modello finale. In negozio c'è un ampio assortimento di prodotti e di marchi tra i quali scegliere. Gli scaffali sono molto ordinati, i prodotti e i prezzi ben esposti.
I often go to Euronics to buy appliances or to see the latest news in the field of telephony. I am very satisfied with the products purchased and the assistance provided by the staff, especially the manager, very helpful in providing advice and describing the potential and characteristics of the products on display before I bought the final model. In the shop there is a wide range of products and brands to choose from. The shelves are very tidy, the products and prices well displayed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato telefonino, dopo pochi mesi ha iniziato a dare dei problemi essendo in garanzia lo riporto in negozio dove mi dicono che per la riparazione ci vuole un mese di attesa, a malincuore accetto. Passa più di un mese mi avvisano che è pronto, non c’è una spiegazione scritta di ciò che comportava ne il guasto ne la riparazione, inoltre in memoria ho perso molti numeri…per concludere dopo una settimana di buon funzionamento il telefono non va più. Servizio di riparazione pessimo.
Purchased a mobile phone, after a few months it started to give problems as it is under warranty I take it back to the shop where they tell me that it takes a month to wait for the repair, reluctantly I accept. More than a month passes, they warn me that it is ready, there is no written explanation of what the failure or repair entailed, also in memory I have lost many numbers ... to conclude after a week of good operation the phone no longer works . Bad repair service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very traumatizing experience. An assistant gave me a wrong information about a product I’ve bought. When I came back to return it the manager told me “IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO REFUND PAYMENT”. So I had to choose another product from their shop. Another assistant also didn’t had any idea about a functionality of the devices they sell. Also now I have a warranty certificate with a name of a wrong product. Manages insists it will be valid, but swing the level of management i highly doubt it. I do not recommend this shop.
