Cortesi e gentili i proprietari,disponibili e pronti ad ogni richiesta. Excellent structure with single villas with all comforts near the sea in a quiet and peaceful area. The owners are courteous and kind, available and ready for any request.
I	Ire Cav on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo alloggiato presso una delle villette per un weekend, la villetta è un gioiellino a due passi dal mare, raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi in 1 minuto esatto. Nuovissimo ed arredato con gusto , possiede tutti i comfort necessari, aria condizionata, cucina al completo, lavatrice, stendino, sdraio nel giardinetto e addirittura un piccolo barbecue. Nelle immediate vicinanze sono presenti diversi locali (ristoranti, rosticcerie etc). La proprietaria ci ha accolti calorosamente e si è resa disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, unica pecca del soggiorno, troppo poco il nostro tempo! Consiglio vivamente sia la struttura che il luogo, per il mare da godere in totale relax, le bellezze naturali, la vicinissima Pozzallo, ricca di locali anche notturni, io ritornerei assolutamente! We stayed at one of the villas for a weekend, the cottage is a gem just steps from the sea, easily reached on foot in 1 minute exactly. Brand new and tastefully furnished, has all the necessary amenities, air conditioning, full kitchen, washer, drying rack, deck chairs in the garden and even a barbecue. Nearby are several places (restaurants, takeaways etc). The owner greeted us warmly and was made available for anything, the only flaw of the stay, too little of our time! I highly recommend both the structure and the place, for the sea to be enjoyed in total relaxation, the natural beauty, the nearby Pozzallo, full of night clubs, I would definitely come back!

Gli alloggi sono molto carini e confortevoli, dotati di ogni confort che si può chiedere ad un appartamento in vacanza: aria condizionata (anche se onestamente si potrebbe anche non utilizzarla) , Pergola esterna, doccia in giardino, cucina completa di tutti gli utensili base ed elettrodomestici (eccezion fatta per il microonde), frigo grande, addirittura lavatrice, barbecue e vicinanza al mare (4 min a piedi da una splendida spiaggia che anche di domenica a luglio non risultava sovraffollata). La proprietaria è di una gentilezza che va oltre il “dovuto” al cliente: ha accolte un paio di richieste che le ho fatto prima del soggiorno, mi ha consigliato ristoranti in zona ottimi, ci ha fatto trovare in casa il sapone per le mani, macchinetta del caffè e capsule, Sacchi spazzatura e la cosa più gradita dopo un viaggio di tre ore: due bottiglie di acqua fresca in frigo. Piccoli accorgimenti che senza dubbio evidenziano la cura che c’è verso il cliente. Tutto ad un prezzo assolutamente in linea con le case vacanza di pari livello. I stayed with my family at this property for a week. The accommodations are very nice and comfortable, equipped with every comfort that you can ask for in an apartment on vacation: air conditioning (even if honestly you could not use it), outdoor pergola, shower in the garden, kitchen complete with all basic utensils and appliances (except for the microwave), large fridge, even washing machine, barbecue and proximity to the sea (4 min walk from a beautiful beach that was not overcrowded even on Sundays in July). The owner has a kindness that goes beyond the "due" to the customer: she accepted a couple of requests that I made before the stay, she recommended excellent restaurants in the area, she made us find hand soap at home, coffee machine and capsules, trash bags and the most welcome thing after a three hour journey: two bottles of fresh water in the fridge. Small tricks that undoubtedly highlight the care there is towards the customer. All at a price absolutely in line with the holiday homes of the same level.
