Non capisco come certe aziende e/o persone lavorino(per modo di dire) in modo così scadente e approssimativa.

Dopo avermi domandato con quale servizio di spedizione inviare un pacco, loro hanno preso la decisione opposta alla mia, quindi non prendono in considerazione le scelte dei clienti.
Per di più, non sono onesti in quanto non vi danno il codice di tracciamento corretto del pacco fino a quando non li contattate per un errore da loro ben conosciuto.
Pensano solo ai loro profitti non occupandosi dei clienti, ciò comporta una perdita di clientela.
Io non spedirò più nulla via la loro agenzia.
Lack of seriousness and personal at all professional.
After asking me which shipping service to send a package with, they made the opposite decision to mine, so they don't take customer choices into consideration.
Furthermore, they are not honest as they do not give you the correct parcel tracking code until you contact them about an error they know well.
They only think about their profits by not looking after the customers, this leads to a loss of customers.
I will no longer be sending anything via their agency.
