For years I have been entrusting our shipments to Mail Boxes in Mirano as a company. I've always had immediate responses, quick withdrawals and quick fixes. I always find excellent professionalism in the people with whom I relate and kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale estremamente scortese e indisponente, mi sono recato presso l’attività che apparentemente sarebbe un ups access point e si sono rifiutati di farmi effettuare il drop off di un pacco con etichetta ups prepagata e di fatto privandomi del servizio che dovrebbero offrire, le poche volte che sono entrato non ho nemmeno ricevuto una risposta al “buongiorno”. Sconsiglio vivamente

Sono passato molte volte in negozio e ogni volta la persona che mi accoglie è seccata e si comporta come se la stessi disturbando.
Mi sono presentato con un pacco con etichetta prepagata UPS e mi ha detto che non lo accetta di andare in un altro point, ho chiesto motivazioni e spiegato che come Acess Point lui era segnato sulla mappa e non accettare il pacco era un disservizio, la sua risposta è stata di cercare un altro Acess Point.
Sono andato in un altro Acess Point e hanno accettato il pacco senza problemi, ho raccontato la vicenda e mi hanno risposto "meglio per noi portaci tutti i pacchi ups che vuoi qui e sono felice di spedirli io".
Aggiornamento: NOTO CON PIACERE CHE CI SONO RECENSIONI POSITIVE FALSE, LEGGETE BENE E TRAETE LE VOSTRE CONCLUSIONI.
Very rude and not at all professional staff.
I've been to the shop many times and each time the person who welcomes me is annoyed and acts as if I am bothering them.
I showed up with a package with a prepaid UPS label and told me that he does not accept it to go to another point, I asked why and explained that like Acess Point he was marked on the map and not accepting the package was a disservice, answer was to look for another Acess Point.
I went to another Acess Point and they accepted the package without problems, I told the story and they replied "it's better for us to bring all the ups packages you want here and I'm happy to send them".
