Purtroppo non indossava la mascherina e non c'era neanche il plexiglass sul bancone. Troverò un altro posto da dove potrò inviare il mio pacco, in cui la gentilezza, cortesia e soprattutto il rispetto del cliente facciano parte del luogo di lavoro.
I went in and the lady didn't say "please come to the counter", it was I who came forward after a certain point. Unfortunately he was not wearing a mask and there was no plexiglass on the counter either. I will find another place from where I can send my package, where kindness, courtesy and above all respect for the customer are part of the workplace.
