Alle 12:01 mi dice che deve chiudere ed era in ritardo.. quando la chiusura 13:35..
Ci mettono mezz'ora a servire una persona.. vergognatevi...

β β β β β L'operatore si rifiutava di eseguire il suo lavoro, lamentandosi piu' tardi, perche' non indossavo correttamente la museruola...Mezz'ora di coda per nulla. Pure scortese.
The operator refused to do his job, complaining later that I wasn't wearing the muzzle correctly ... Half an hour of queuing for nothing. Pure rude.

β β β β β Lasciate ogni speranza voi che entrate. Lenti, inadeguati, sottonumerati. Peggio non si puΓ² fare. Piuttosto...chiudete l'ufficio e amen. CosΓ¬ com'Γ¨ ora Γ¨ non solo inutile ma dannoso. Questa la mia esperienza, purtroppo la prima volta pensavo fosse sfortuna...ma la seconda volta me lo ha confermato.
Leave all hope you who enter. Slow, inadequate, under-numbered. Worse can not be done. Rather ... close the office and amen. As it stands now it is not only useless but harmful. This is my experience, unfortunately the first time I thought it was bad luck ... but the second time it confirmed it to me.
