★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abito in zona Mercato San Severino , Ho usato sda decine di volte, praticamente mai un problema, sempre in orario e sempre all'indirizzo giusto,mi é capitato una sola volta di dover venire qui a ritirare un pacco poiché avevano molto lavoro e non volevano farmi aspettare troppo. Sicuramente il miglior corriere almeno nella mia zona, tra l'altro sono quasi tutti simpatici.
I live in the Mercato San Severino area, I have used sda dozens of times, practically never a problem, always on time and always at the right address, I only once had to come here to pick up a package because they had a lot of work and didn't want make me wait too long. Surely the best courier at least in my area, by the way they are almost all nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avuto la disgrazia di affidarci a questo negozio per spedire una bicicletta di modico valore, per la quale ci hanno fatto sborsare 50 euro. (Per spedire la stessa bici 3 anni prima, affidandomi ad altri avevo speso 20 euro. )Ad ogni modo, per accalappiarci ci avevano promesso e garantito che la stessa sarebbe stata consegnata al destinatario il giorno successivo, che era l'unico in cui lo stesso poteva garantire la propria presenza in casa nelle ore di consegna. E invece il giorno concordato non è arrivato nulla, se non l'amarezza. Ho inviato quindi una bella Pec di reclamo all'azienda, ma ritengo utile far conoscere anche alle persone che razza di servizio offra questa sede. Perché gli imprevisti possono capitare, ma se su una spedizione che costa la metà intendi fare la cresta allora smuovi mari e monti per assicurarmi quanto promesso in fase di negoziazione e non ti affidi a nessun altro corriere se non a quello più famoso per affidabilità e puntualità. Perciò voto zero e sconsiglio a chicchessia di mettere piede in questo negozio.
