★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato l'ufficio postale per sapere se erano aperti, visto il periodo di quarantena non volevo uscire inutilmente, ho fatto squillare per 25minuti e non ha risposto nessuno, ora anche se era chiuso e quoin non c'era personale potevano almeno mettere una registrazione???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ufficio postale consigliato, spesso c'è molta gente ma diciamo che gli addetti sono abbastanza veloci a fare il loro lavoro, é abbastanza grande e ben illuminato. A volte però fanno un po' di confusione nelle modalità di spedizione dei libri.
Post office recommended, often there are a lot of people but let's say that the employees are quick enough to do their job, it is quite large and well lit. Sometimes, however, they do a bit of confusion in how to ship the books.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale agli sportelli incompetente e scortese al massimo. Dovevo ritirare un documento e mi hanno detto che essendo stato fatto all'ufficio postale di Lancusi, dovevo recarmi lì. Per fortuna sono auto-munita perciò non ho avuto problemi a raggiungere l'altro ufficio, dove mi dicono che non c'era bisogno di arrivare lì, potevano farlo tranquillamente a San Severino.
Ora mi cheido: Se il documento fosse stato fatto a Milano, mi avrebbero risposto di andare a Milano?
Staff at the counter incompetent and rude to the maximum. I had to pick up a document and they told me that having been done at the Lancusi post office, I had to go there. Fortunately, they are self-armed so I had no problem getting to the other office, where they tell me there was no need to get there, they could do it quietly in San Severino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non riesco a valutare l'intero ufficio ma quello che a detta di qualcuno poteva essere il direttore di filiale posso dare tranquillamente del saccente e maleducato.
I can't evaluate the whole office but what someone said could be the branch manager I can easily call a pedantic and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessuna attenzione per le persone in difficoltà, mamme con bambini e disabili, ad eccezione di una sola dipendente. Dovevo cambiare delle monete di piccolo taglio che nessuno vuole più e che erano già divise per pacchetti, ma anche loro le hanno rifiutate. Grazie per l'ottimo servizio che prestate al cittadino.
No attention for people in difficulty, mothers with children and disabled people, with the exception of one employee. I had to change small coins that no one wants anymore and that were already divided into packages, but they also rejected them. Thank you for the excellent service you provide to the citizen.
