I phoned from London for an international shipment Monday night. On the phone they were very kind, they provided me with all the information requested. They sent me an estimate via email and I had my document in London on Wednesday.

Sono stati disponibilissimi ed efficienti per una consegna di grossi pacchi a mia figlia a Saarbrucken in Germania, consigliandomi più soluzioni do consegna o ritiro, spiegandomi i tempi di quella regione, seguendo il pacco per tutto il tempo ( c'erano di mezzo anche delle festività e degli scioperi nella regione)...i pacchi sono arrivati puntualissimi a destinazione, concordando la fascia oraria. Grazie per l'ottimo lavoro!????
Friendliness and competence! They were extremely available and efficient for a delivery of large parcels to my daughter in Saarbrucken in Germany, advising me more delivery or collection solutions, explaining the times of that region, following the parcel all the time (there were also holidays and strikes in the region) ... the parcels arrived punctually at their destination, agreeing on the time slot. Thanks for the great work! ????
