Posto che l'errore, sappiamo, succede, trovo che dovrebbe esserci l'assunzione di responsabilità di chi lo commette. In questo caso tra un rimpallo e l'altro non ha mai sentito dire neanche "mi dispiace" e la telefonata che doveva arrivare ieri , non so che indagini dovevano svolgere , per sapere come concludere questo inconveniente non c'è stata.
Chiarisco, se ce ne fosse bisogno, che vedermi restituire la somma pagata , irrisoria, non è certo il motivo di questo mio commento che è invece il dispiacere di vedersi trattare con grande noncuranza.
