Il mio Pacco (Spedito da MBE Siracusa)è stato consegnato da TNT alla sede MBE Crema il 13/01/2017. Considerato che il Sabato MBE Crema è chiuso mi sono recato li Lunedi mattino 16/01/2017 alle 9:30 e alla richiesta di un Pacco destinato al sottoscritto con tanto di documento di identità e dettaglio del mittente mi viene detto che assolutamente non è arrivato nulla dopo un semplice controllo visivo vicino la porta di ingresso. Oggi mercoledì 18/01/2017 ritorno alle ore 11:00 presso la sede MBE di crema (P.zza Guglielmo Marconi 22A) e mi viene ribadito che non è arrivato nulla dopo il solito banale controllo visivo. A questo punto attivo mia madre (mittente) per un riscontro tramite MBE Siracusa che conferma la consegna avvenuta il 13/01/17, cosa peraltro facilmente riscontrabile sul sito TNT. Detto ciò non poso fare altro che una telefonata a MBE Crema dove in prima battuta mi viene ancora una volta ribadito che il pacco non è arrivato, io naturalmente comincio a dare riferimenti e dettagli che dovrebbero essere sempre richiesti da loro quando arriva un nuovo cliente, cosa che invece non hanno mai fatto. Dopo un più accurato controllo fatto tramite il TNT tracking number mi sento dire al telefono che il pacco in effetti è arrivato il 13 gennaio 2017 ma per un loro errore non era stato messo vicino la porta di ingresso e per questa ragione pensavano che il pacco non fosse arrivato. Che dire, sono senza parole.
Very bad experience. A service that is light years away from the minimum of professionalism expected. My parcel (sent by MBE Siracusa) was delivered by TNT to MBE Crema on 01/13/2017. Considering that the Saturday MBE Cream is closed I went there Monday morning 16/01/2017 at 9:30 am and at the request of a parcel destined to the undersigned with a lot of identity document and sender's details I am told that absolutely did not arrive nothing after a simple visual inspection near the entrance door. Today, Wednesday 18/01/2017, return at 11:00 at the MBE cream factory (P.zza Guglielmo Marconi 22A) and it is reiterated that nothing came after the usual banal visual inspection. At this point my mother (sender) is active for a reply via MBE Siracusa that confirms the delivery took place on 01/13/17, something that can easily be seen on the TNT website. Having said that, I can't do anything but a phone call to MBE Crema, where in the first instance I am once again reiterated that the package has not arrived, I naturally begin to give references and details that should always be requested by them when a new customer arrives, something they never did. After a more accurate check made through the TNT tracking number I hear on the phone that the package actually arrived on January 13th 2017 but for their error it was not placed near the entrance door and for this reason they thought that the package did not had arrived. What can I say, I am speechless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio è sempre stato ottimo. Disponibili anche a ritirare presso la mia abitazione. I prezzi sono nella media. Certo fino a 20 kg il costo è superiore alla spedizione con Poste Italiane; ma il servizio in generale è adeguato.
The service has always been great. Also available to pick up at my home. Prices are average. Of course up to 20 kg the cost is higher than shipping with the Italian Post; but the service in general is adequate.
