Ho spedito alcuni colli da Bolzano a Brescia in data 5.8.2020 e i pacchi sono stati celermente recapitati e sono giunti integri al mio domicilio. Così non è stato per i colli spediti da Bolzano a Brescia in data 6.8.2020. Una cassetta, che conteneva libri e oggetti di modesto valore, mi è giunta lacerata su un lato e parte del contenuto risultava asportato. Una cassetta imbottita all'interno, che riportava a grandi lettere su ogni lato la dicitura " FRAGILE", conteneva un servizio di bicchieri in cristallo, ciascuno dei quali accuratamente imballato con più strati di pluriball, carta e tessuto. All'apertura del collo i bicchieri risultavano infranti in pezzi minuti, tanto da farmi pensare che il pacco fosse ripetutamente caduto a terra.
Pessima esperienza.
Bad experience
I sent some packages from Bolzano to Brescia on 5.8.2020 and the packages were delivered quickly and arrived intact at my home. This was not the case for packages sent from Bolzano to Brescia on 6.8.2020. A box, which contained books and objects of modest value, came to me torn on one side and part of the contents were removed. A padded box inside, which bore the words "FRAGILE" in large letters on each side, contained a set of crystal glasses, each carefully packed with multiple layers of bubble wrap, paper and fabric. At the opening of the neck the glasses were broken into minute pieces, so much so that I thought that the package had repeatedly fallen to the ground.
Bad experience.
