I ate the salmon burger made with bakery bread heated in the oven to stay crisp without being burnt on the surface.

Dispongono pure di ingredienti particolari, poco comuni, non facili da trovare altrove: dalla carne di Wagyu, alla milza, agli hamburger di pesce.
Gli abbinamenti con salse dedicate sono perfetti, i fritti croccanti e leggeri.
Tra le bevande anche birre artigianali liguri.
Consigliatissimo !!!
Great, big, high quality burgers and sandwiches.
They also have special ingredients, not very common, not easy to find elsewhere: from Wagyu meat, to spleen, to fish burgers.
The combinations with dedicated sauces are perfect, the fried crispy and light.
Among the drinks there are also Ligurian craft beers.
Highly recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto veramente buonissimo, consigliatissimo il burger LUDOVICA, ottima la carne di Wayu. Personale cordiale e disponibile, nonostante il disguido con just eat hanno gestito tutto alla perfezione. Da provare assolutamente!!
All really delicious, the LUDOVICA burger is highly recommended, the Wayu meat is excellent. Friendly and helpful staff, despite the mix up with just eat they handled everything perfectly. Absolutely to try !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima di dire la mia ho mangiato due hamburger. Il primo ordine era un GINEVRA con patatine, le patatine non erano buone e del panino l'unica pecca era il pane stopposo. Oggi ho ordinato un FAVORITA ed era molto buono, il pane con il sesamo non era affatto stopposo, il fatto che ci mettano un pochino di burro per tostarlo da un tocco in più. I prezzi sono buoni, la carne di buona qualità e il servizio disponibile.
Before saying mine, I ate two burgers. The first order was a GENEVA with fries, the fries weren't good and the only downside of the sandwich was the stringy bread. Today I ordered a FAVORITA and it was very good, the bread with sesame was not at all stringy, the fact that they put a little butter in it to toast it gives it an extra touch. The prices are good, the meat of good quality and the service available.

Locale pulito e personale molto gentile, torneremo sicuramente per assaggiare qualche altro hamburger... c'è davvero l'imbarazzo della scelta!
