Ho ordinato un prodotto, dopo una settimana e mezza che non ero stata richiamata sono passata in negozio chiedendo a che punto fosse il mio ordine, e mi sento rispondere che "si è eliminato dall'elenco degli ordini". Mantengo la calma e torno a dare i miei dati (erano mai stati salvati?) quali nome, numero di telefono, e ovviamente titolo di ciò che avevo ordinato. Dopo una settimana ancora niente. Chiamo, e mi sento rispondere che purtroppo non riescono a reperire il prodotto, di cercare da un'altra parte. Ma io dico, se ho lasciato il mio recapito telefonico, sono io che devo chiamare o sono loro a dovermi avvisare? Se io non avessi chiamato, avrei aspettato in eterno per una cosa che mi serviva e che potevo avere già da due settimane e mezza! Veramente incompetenti.

If I had not called, I would have waited forever for something that I needed and that I could have for two and a half weeks! Truly incompetent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entro in questo negozio, e gli chiedo se era possibile stampare esattamente due fogli, e che glieli avrei mandati via e-mail.. lui mi dice che il tutto viene 1,15€..io ovviamente sorpreso di questo prezzo, gli chiedo come sia possibile che per due semplici fogli in bianco e nero, sia venuto così tanto..e lui mi dice che se i file vengono inviati via e-mail, costa 1€ in più.. come se l'email fosse un servizio a pagamento.. non ci fa pagare Google questo servizio, e ce lo fanno pagare chi non c'entra proprio nulla.. è assurdo
