★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, non la consiglierei. Personale poco efficiente e customer care di filiale inesistente. Non parliamo poi dei tempi di risposta al telefono o via mail. Personalmente questa esperienza mi ha spinto a cambiare banca.
Bad experience, I would not recommend it. Inefficient staff and non-existent branch customer care. Let's not talk about the response times by phone or email. Personally, this experience prompted me to change banks.
