Abbiamo preso diverse portate dalla trattoria e come da tradizione locale anche qualche pizza da condividere. Difficile riassumere in poche righe la bontà di quanto abbiamo assaporato. Ogni piatto è una sobria ed elegante ricerca di equilibrio tra la naturale squisitezza degli ingredienti del territorio, un sofisticato accostamento di sapori e tecniche di cottura che risultano sempre leggere. I piatti sono belli da vedere e l’atmosfera è piacevolissima, amichevole e informale ma sempre curata. Se cercate la cucina della tradizione qui trovate il genius loci, ma non quello noioso già assaporato, e nemmeno quello che ostenta o stravolge, qui si resta stupiti per l’interpretazione di quella cucina campana genuina di cui non ci si stanca mai ma che si vorrebbe sempre innovare. In poche parole? Questo è un posto dove si mangia bene, molto bene ? The fourth temple of Paestum is open and is dedicated to taste! We took several courses from the restaurant and as per local tradition also some pizza to share. It is difficult to summarize in a few lines the goodness of what we have tasted. Each dish is a sober and elegant search for balance between the natural delicacy of local ingredients, a sophisticated combination of flavors and cooking techniques that are always light. The dishes are beautiful to look at and the atmosphere is very pleasant, friendly and informal but always refined. If you are looking for traditional cuisine, here you will find the genius loci, but not the boring one already savored, and not even the one that flaunts or distorts, here you will be amazed by the interpretation of that genuine Campania cuisine which you never get tired of but which would always like to innovate. In short words? This is a place where you eat well, very well ?

Qualche malinteso su vini e pietanze mancanti non hanno inficiato il piacevole pranzo. Forse leggermente caro il conto finale. Credo che la nuova gestione abbia una intestazione (non trovata) diversa da questa. We stopped attracted by the external name "ALICI Trattoria di mare". The well presented products are excellent and tasty, served by a very patient waiter. A few misunderstandings about missing wines and dishes did not affect the pleasant lunch. The final bill may be slightly expensive. I believe the new management has a (not found) header other than this one.
