Alla mia richiesta di informazioni hanno risposto immediatamente con professionalità e cortesia.....mi hanno piacevolmente stupito. Sinceramente ero un po scettica......mi sembrava tutto troppo...!!!!! Mi sono dovuta ricredere......dopo un anno e mezzo di collaborazione posso affermare che sono veramente preparati e disponibili, ogni richiesta viene evasa nel minor tempo possibile e cosa importante sono sempre rintracciabili. Devo dire che anche economicamente sono molto concorrenziali. Per incrementare il mio business hanno suggerito collaborazioni con altri partner che si sono verificate proficue e sono sempre attivi nel proporti soluzioni in continua evoluzione. Sono molto sodfisfatta. Che dire......provare per credere!!!! Bravi tutti!!!!! They responded immediately to my request for information with professionalism and courtesy ..... I was pleasantly surprised. Honestly I was a bit skeptical ...... it all seemed too much ... !!!!! I had to change my mind ...... after a year and a half of collaboration I can say that they are really prepared and available, every request is processed in the shortest possible time and, importantly, they are always traceable. I must say that they are also very competitive economically. To increase my business they have suggested collaborations with other partners that have proved profitable and are always active in offering you constantly evolving solutions. I am very satisfied. Per non parlare poi dell’assistenza che ti fa aprire migliaia di ticket senza mai risolverli . Veramente pessimi . Pessimi anche sull’online dove le “API” per scaricare le giacenze in tempo reale non funzionano correttamente e ti costringono a scaricarne altre a pagamento con cifre assurde. Zero disponibilità . Rappresentante che risulta fa finta di essere disponibile per risolvere problemi quando poi rimanda solo di mesi . NON AFFIDATEVI A LORO! Da non consigliare a nessuno . The worst management there is.
