★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esercizio pubblico che reca disturbo alle persone che abitano nello stabile soprattutto per il clima da disco con la musica, il microfono e rumori vari che si avvertono per tutta la struttura, forse a parer mio sono business che vanno bene fuori città come ce ne sono altri, perché nei appartamenti ci sono persone che probabilmente riposano anche nelle ore pomeridiane!! Cosa ne pensate proprietari??
Public exercise that disturbs the people who live in the building especially for the disco atmosphere with music, the microphone and various noises that are heard throughout the structure, perhaps in my opinion they are businesses that are good outside the city as there are others , because in the apartments there are people who probably rest even in the afternoon hours !! What do you think owners ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente abbastanza accogliente, forse un po' piccolo per le esigenze di compleanni numerosi. Mi dispiace notare come il servizio sia andato scemando nel tempo (sono stato ada almeno una dozzina di compleanni in questa struttura) così come l'attenzione della gestione per i clienti e per i loro ospiti. Nello specifico è capitato che mio figlio si sia fatto male per un incidente di quelli che capitano durante i giochi tra bambini (assolutamente non imputabile alla gestione). Il bambino sanguinava dalla testa ed era spaventato così come noi eravamo scossi dall'accaduto ma, con nostri stupore non abbiamo ricevuto alcun tipo di supporto dallo staff e dalla proprietaria che pure era presente e aveva osservato l'accaduto. Alla nostra richiesta insistente di ghiaccio e di carta Scottex per tamponare la ferita hanno reagito con svogliatezza e anche con un po' di insofferenza senza darci soluzioni né fornendoci materiali per il primo soccorso (che ogni struttura come questa deve avere). A questo punto in modo del tutto autonomo ho deciso di aprire il loro frigorifero di servizio per prendere delle piastre di ghiaccio sintetico da applicare alla testa. Per tutta risposta la proprietaria ha reagito stizzita lamentando che non avrei dovuto mettere le mani nel loro frigorifero senza permesso e , cosa ancora più grave e scarsamente professionale, nei giorni successivi ha riportato l'accaduto come ulteriore lamentela ai genitori del festeggiato. Potrei riportare almeno un altro episodio di inadeguatezza dello staff ma sarebbe troppo lungo da riportare in questa sede. Lascio due stelle perché non mi piace essere distruttivo ma credo che la proprietà debbia avviare una seria riflessione sulla gestione della clientela e della sicurezza nella loro struttura.
Environment quite welcoming, perhaps a little small for the needs of numerous birthdays. I am sorry to see how the service has diminished over time (I have been to at least a dozen birthdays in this structure) as well as the management's attention to customers and their guests. Specifically it happened that my son was hurt by an accident of those that happen during games between children (absolutely not attributable to the management). The child was bleeding from the head and was scared as we were shocked by the incident but, to our surprise, we did not receive any kind of support from the staff and the owner who was also present and had observed the incident. To our insistent request for ice and Scottex paper to stop the wound, they reacted listlessly and also with a little intolerance without giving us solutions or providing us with materials for first aid (which every structure like this must have). At this point, in a completely independent way, I decided to open their service fridge to take synthetic ice plates to apply to the head. In response, the owner reacted angrily, complaining that I should not get my hands on their fridge without permission and, even more serious and poorly professional, reported the incident as a further complaint to the parents of the party in the following days. I could report at least one other episode of staff inadequacy but it would be too long to report here. I leave two stars because I do not like to be destructive but I believe that the property should start a serious reflection on the management of customers and security in their structure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata due volte in questa ludoteca in occasione di feste di compleanno. La struttura è bella e grande. I servizi igienici nuovi e puliti. Gli animatori sono eccezionali.
I have been twice in this toy library for birthday parties. The structure is beautiful and large. The new and clean toilets. The animators are exceptional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sempre pensato che per lavoarare con i bambini, ci voglia tanta Passione, tanto Amore e perché no anche tanta Pazienza!... Queste ed altre qualità e virtù che la ludoteca Magicabula e tutto il suo staff hanno e mettono sempre a disposizione del mondo delicato dei bambini e dei loro genitori! Da sempre impeccabili in ordine, pulizia e soprattutto e sottolineo soprattutto Disponibilità, pronti ad accogliere ogni esigenza, ogni richiesta, anche quelle più complicate nella realizzazione. Le feste sono sempre originali, ne inventano ogni giorno di novità , si sa con i bambini ci vuole molto fantasia e loro ne hanno tantissima! Non c è un piccolo cliente che non esca contento ad ogni occasione di festa o dello stesso baby parking(d'estate o nei giorni di pause scolastiche). Ho avuto il piacere di conoscere tutto lo staff e tutto l'ambiente in cui lavorano, e non posso che dire che sono ECCEZIONALI ed IMPECCABILI! Continuate così!
I always thought that to work with children, we need so much Passion, so much Love and why not even a lot of Patience! ... These and other qualities and virtues that the Magicabula toy library and all its staff have and always make available to the world care of children and their parents! Always impeccable in order, cleanliness and above all and above all I emphasize Availability, ready to welcome every need, every request, even the most complicated ones in the realization. The parties are always original, they invent new things every day, we know with children it takes a lot of imagination and they have so much! There is not a small customer who does not come out happy at every party or at the same baby parking (in summer or during school breaks). I had the pleasure of knowing all the staff and the whole environment in which they work, and I can only say that they are EXCEPTIONAL and IMPECCABLE! Keep it up!
