★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our second escape room overseas! My partner, 2 friends, and i visited Rome in June 2018. We have completed ~25 escape rooms and decided to do Escape from Azkaban. We are all massive Harry Potter fans, so naturally, we went with this room. The highlight were the jump scares from our game master, she added a whole new level of interaction to our room. Only downside was in one of the puzzels that we thought had no correlation to the theme whatsoever (hint: sounds - this took us way too long to figure out what we were meant to do for this puzzle). The game master's English wasn't fluent, but it was enough for us to understand what was happening. Besides that, we had a really good time, have some really good stories from this room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely positively amazing staff and this room escape was so amazing and by far one of my more favorites!!!!!! So much fun and interactive and great! Would definitely travel back to Rome to simply go again at this place. We have done escape rooms all around the world including New York, Peru, Greece, Croatia, London, and more, and this is by far one of the most memorable ones we have been By far. We did the escape from Azkaban room and including Wands, dementors, potions and more the experience was amazing. Despite not escaping, this room definitely boosts team work and helps to spice up your day as it is so exhilarating, interesting, adrenaline pumping, and even funny!!!!! Thank you for an amazing end of our trip in Rome!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended for non-Italian speakers. The Azkaban room includes an actor which also operates the room. The interaction with her was horrible, before, during, and after the room. Even when we got out of the room, we were not able to explain that the consequences of successfully solving a puzzle should be immediate, and not two minutes after (during which we could do nothing else than simply waiting).
We were a group of three, each with experience of 20-30 rooms.

It was good but a little simple and short. The theme is great. Many great puzzles.
