L auto che mi hanno dato era perfetta, peccato fosse senza liquido tergivetri e senza manuale di istruzioni del mezzo. multibrand car rental. Punctual and quick in delivery and collection. NON AVERE A CHE FARE PIÙ DI UN CON LORO. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE. Mi è stata invece data una a benzina. Segnalo anche puzza di fumo di sigaretta, bisognerebbe vietarlo nelle vetture a noleggio che vengono usate anche da non fumatori The staff is courteous and helpful. The service however is not impeccable. From the Rentalcar website I had booked and paid for a diesel car. I was given a petrol instead. I also report stinks of cigarette smoke, it should be prohibited in rental cars that are also used by non-smokers

Ho preparato tramite un broker per avere un prezzo stracciato anche se non erano entusiasti della scelta (comprensibile) ed hanno sottolineato, un po troppo per la mia sensibilità, dell'importanza di fare un'assicurazione aggiuntiva con loro nonostante gli avessi detto che l'avevo fatto direttamente con il broker. Alla fine tutto bene Personally I found myself well. I prepared through a broker to have a bargain price even if they were not enthusiastic about the choice (understandable) and they stressed, a little too much for my sensitivity, the importance of making additional insurance with them despite having told them that the I had done it directly with the broker. M	Mara Cassiani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really sorry for this review, but I found my self with my broken car in the highway, with my family and sick father (with a post surgery health issue), all stuck at the gasoline station and this agency was the closer place to rent a car. I begged these people for an help and have the chance to rent car , as they were just a few kilometers from us. It was almost their closing time, but for us it would have been fundamental a simple help , like just wait for our taxi bring me there . And they refused to give us this basic help, cause it was an extra time . My father in deep back pain , had to wait hours before I was able to find another to take him back home , I was said by them to go to the rental of the Bologna Airport, 50 km from where I was stuck with my broken car. Agencies like this are useless when they are just there for money and not to offer services and comprehension for people who’s by chance in deep help.
