★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottime macchine, assistenza insufficiente. Le macchine sono davvero belle, funzionali, resistenti; i software gestionali non perfetti, ma buoni e aggiornati con grande frequenza. L'assistenza però è ormai diventato l'elemento distintivo in tutti i settori, ancor più su macchine e software che devono lavorare 24h al giorno e purtroppo su questo aspetto la Magex è piuttosto carente.
Great machines, insufficient assistance. The machines are really beautiful, functional, resistant; the management software not perfect, but good and updated with great frequency. However, assistance has now become the distinctive element in all sectors, even more so on machines and software that must work 24 hours a day and unfortunately Magex is rather lacking in this aspect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenti e privi di informazioni mi sistemano una macchina e per l'altra non hanno il pezzo, aggiormento fatto e mi lasciano così dopo aver speso 930 € senza app e senza informazioni per i collegamenti con l'agenzia delle entrate nessuno sa niente sanno solo chiedere soldi. Diffidate della loro assistenza.. 3 anni chiuso cari e furfanti ho speso soldi inutilmente potevano anche dire prima che la porta non si poteva monta e cmq troppi soldi per assistenza anche se non hai nessun problema. Tanto coraggio.. hanno anche inviato la richiesta di rinnovo assistenza circa 500€ così Regaliamo soldi ai Furbi...

Possediamo un loro distributore da diversi anni e ad ogni richiesta ( nuovo lettore banconote, aggiornamento software, app per comunicazione agenzia delle entrate, ecc.) ci sono stati proposti prezzi quintuplicati. A fronte delle nostre rimostranze ci sono sempre state date risposte fantasiose riguardo ad insormontabili difficoltà di settaggi e configurazioni....ogni volta sconfessate!!! La soluzione è stata sempre la stessa, acquisto del prodotto da altre aziende ad un prezzo di un quinto più basso e senza i problemi di configurazione o installazione.
Unreliable, bad value for money, bordering on scam. We have had their own distributor for several years and for each request (new banknote reader, software update, app for communication of the revenue agency, etc.) we have been offered fivefold prices. In the face of our grievances we have always been given imaginative answers regarding insurmountable difficulties of settings and configurations .... every time disavowed !!! The solution has always been the same, buying the product from other companies at a price of one fifth lower and without the configuration or installation problems.

Is there any other that can vend 500+ each day? The team is also very supportive as they stand by their product. Overall truly an industry leader.
