Ho regalato un viaggio a mio figlio, il suo primo viaggio all'estero, in una capitale europea.
Tutto sembra gestito nel migliore dei modi fino a che non ci hanno comunicato un cambio di orario,anticipato rispetto a quello pattuito inizialmente.
Tutto di guadagnato, ci siamo detti, staremo più tempo nella capitale.
Alla consegna dei biglietti l'agente di viaggio non controlla i documenti, consegnando così le carte d'imbarco con la data di partenza sbagliata, di un giorno!
Mio figlio è partito e solo in aeroporto hanno fatto presente della data di un giorno posticipato, lasciandolo in aeroporto per ben 14 ore di attesa .
Solo per sua dimestichezza è riuscito a cambiare la data dalla mattina alla sera dello stesso giorno.
La cosa più grave è che l'agenzia non si è MAI degnata di aiutare il suo cliente giustificandosi con " sono ad un corso,non posso rispondere. Ti chiamo appena posso"
La chiamata non è mai arrivata.
Questa agenzia non è degna di essere chiamata tale.
Inefficiente, incompetente e anche prepotente nel riconoscere i proprio errori.

I gave a trip to my son, his first trip abroad, to a European capital.
Everything seems to be managed in the best way until we have been informed of a change of time, earlier than originally agreed.
All in earnest, we said to ourselves, we'll spend more time in the capital.
Upon delivery of the tickets, the travel agent does not check the documents, thus delivering the boarding cards with the wrong departure date of one day!
My son left and only at the airport did they mention the date of a postponed day, leaving him at the airport for a good 14 hours of waiting.
Only because of his familiarity he managed to change the date from morning to evening on the same day.
The most serious thing is that the agency has NEVER deigned to help his client by justifying himself with "I'm on a course, I can't answer. I'll call you as soon as I can"
The call never arrived.
This agency is not worthy of being called such.
Inefficient, incompetent and even overbearing in recognizing one's mistakes.
