È un peccato perché la Vs cordialità entra ogni gg nll ns case. Ho avuto un problema ci ho messo 2 mesi a far intervenire l'assistenza e quando sono venuti a prendere il divano nemmeno un documento di ritiro. Ma che organizzazione è!!!! Nessuno sa quando torna tutti che ti dicono devo chiamare e chiedere. Ma questa è qualità??? Vergognoso. Good only in advertising. Giulio Cesare il 24 709/2019 con consegna a Pavia.Dopo 11 settimane non ho ancora avuto il piacere di riceverlo si danno la colpa uno con l'altro,intanto io ho pagato il divano e ho in mano solo documenti. Sono molto deluso. Ma forse ho interpretato male la publicità RITIRI IL DIVANO LO PAGHI A PASQUA. Concordo con i soldi che buttate in pubblicità Denunce per "Artigiani della qualità" e adesso Autentica qualità. Bah!!! Che vergogna. Nessuno sa dove e quando sarà consegnata la parte giusta E SESARA ' CONSEGNATA...intanto il pagamento se lo sono intascato e non intendono rimborsarmi!!! Siete la qualità ???
