Shop in the historic center equipped with all kinds of household goods, kitchen accessories and household items. I found myself well, courteous and competent staff.

We returned to return a product purchased here that was not working, with the receipt of course. The order and the owner refused to change it because it had been used (obviously once to prove it) and we were given a similar product that cost a quarter of that that we had paid. Little professionalism and little fairness.

Molto garbate e disponibili le proprietarie. You pay for quality, and here the quality is great ... as well as the variety: of each object there are many different variants, with different prices. Il personale è eccessivamente scortese e maleducato, sembra che stiano facendo un piacere a vendere i loro prodotti. Molti articoli di prezzi differenti. Veloci attualmente nel servirti, forse anche troppo. E cortesi, anche se spicciativa la ragazza che si occupa del pubblico. In anni ho visto altri commessi/e, altri addetti...altri atteggiamenti. Per questo non do 5 stelle...ma trovate veramente di tutto. It is difficult to evaluate this historic Bolognese place. There are very few of its kind left, not contaminated by other product sectors. Many items of different prices. Currently fast in serving you, perhaps too much. And courteous, even if the girl who takes care of the audience was quick. Over the years I have seen other clerks, other employees ... other attitudes. For this I don't give 5 stars ... but you really find everything.

Una volta si usciva sempre soddisfatti, ora capita di non trovare il servizio che si cerca malgrado un assortimento ancora da primato. He has lost a lot of this historic shop.
