We have done the half-day tour with Silvia, one of the tour guide, visiting cheese and ham factories, both small-medium family businesses. These 2 places were fantastic to visit and we met the people running the business. Silvia the guide has been amazing. We recommend it.

Wonderful experience! The chef was very friendly, experienced, and understanding. We've made three different types of egg pasta, which we later ate with nice Lambrusco wine. 10/10 would pasta again

I booked the pasta making class for my Husbands birthday. And he (we) both loved it! The chef spoke good English and was able to communicate throughout well. We were taught how to make 3 types of pasta; butterfly, tortelli and tagliatelli. All of which came from the same pasta dough we make at the start. After the fun of making the pasta we then get to cook it, and eat with a tomatoe sauce. All delicious! Total class including eating lasted 1.5 - 2 hrs. We were presented with a cooking certificate, recipes and an apron! All ready so we can go back home and cook pasta :) Attached is pictures of 1. the event and 2. our home made attempt. We will keep practicing :)

We did a half day Prosciutto and Parmigiano-Reggiano tour. It was such a great experience. Our tour guide Liza was so knowledgeable and fun. We learnt a lot and really enjoyed meeting the makers and sampling the products at the source. Highly recommend!

We had a blast with Daniele teaching us how to make pasta (filled Tortelli and plain pasta) in just 2 hours. The pasta was absolutely great. Our chef teacher was paying a lot of attention to what we were doing, the right gestures and giving us a lot of information and useful tips. Now, time to do it at home !

We did the full-day tastybus, visiting a Parmeggiano Reggiano cheese factory, a Prosciutto di Parma factory and a traditional Balsamic Vinegar factory. The tour guide was very nice and funny. She explained all the processes with a very good English. The factories were impressive, with strong and distinct smells. The tastings were very nice as well so we could see and understand the difference between similar products. The lunch was at a traditional (I think) Osteria, again with great local food. Really recommend this tour.

I took the full day tour from Parma. We visited a small parmesan cheese producer, a medium sized prosciutto factory, and a one man balsamic vinegar producer. At each stop our wonderful guide explained all of the steps involved, and we had very generous tastings. The full day tour also included a delightful lunch at a local restaurant in the nearby hills. The transportation was air-conditioned and very comfortable with a very competent driver. Our guide was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, and really fun as well. I would highly recommend this tour should you be in Parma.
