La struttura è stupefacente: si tratta di un antico frantoio del 700 che mantiene intatta la sua bellezza grazie ad una sapiente e discreta ristrutturazione. La cucina dello chef è superlativa: prodotti di ottima qualità preparati sapientemente. Infine una nota a Nico, il padrone di casa che ha saputo consigliarci e coccolarci per l'intera esperienza. Torneremo prestissimo! Finally I managed to find a place to Maeba. The structure is amazing: it is an ancient oil mill of the 700 that keeps its beauty intact thanks to a wise and discreet restructuring. The chef's cuisine is superb: excellent quality products expertly prepared. Finally a note to Nico, the landlord who was able to advise us and pamper us for the whole experience. We will be back soon!

A place rich in history (once an ancient oil mill), a centuries-old oak welcomes you at the entrance, a spring in the most hidden place of the restaurant, fragments of frescoes recovered to testify ancient traditions that today relive in the wisdom of those who create dishes in harmony between the various ingredients ... even a beautiful view to brighten the most fleeting glances ...

Seguiti con attenzione e meticolosità dal proprietario e dal suo assistente, abbiamo scelto un menù degustazione che ci ha permesso di entrare nel mondo dello Chef (peccato non aver potuto complimentarci con lui direttamente): piatti affatto banali, dagli accostamenti a volte inusuali, ben presentati e ben eseguiti. Come è normale che sia, qualcuna delle preparazioni ci ha convinti di più, altre un pochino meno (entrano in gioco i gusti personali). È stato un bel modo di festeggiare il compleanno di mio marito. Born from the recovery of an ancient oil mill, this restaurant welcomes you and surprises you. Carefully and meticulously followed by the owner and his assistant, we chose a tasting menu that allowed us to enter the world of the Chef (a pity we could not compliment him directly): dishes that are quite banal, with sometimes unusual combinations, well presented. and well executed. As is normal, some of the preparations convinced us more, others a little less (personal tastes come into play). It was a nice way to celebrate my husband's birthday.
