★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A EVITER ! Très décevant... nous avons reçu la mauvaise commande (un chat en verre de Murano multicolore alors que nous avions commandé un chat de couleur bleue). Ils nous ont raccroché au nez car nous ne parlions pas italien, pour finalement nous dire qu'ils ne pouvaient pas nous envoyer le chat de la bonne couleur car je cite "les couleurs sont mixés au hasard".
Quel professionalisme... Pour ce prix...
TO AVOID ! Very disappointing...we received the wrong order (a multicolored Murano glass cat when we had ordered a blue colored cat). They hung up on us because we didn't speak Italian, to finally tell us that they couldn't send us the cat of the right color because I quote "the colors are mixed at random".
What professionalism... For this price...

The staff were so helpful to me with my purchase so thank you to everyone at Murano Glass, I will be back for another visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a disappointment ! We ordered a cat made in Murano glass in a certain color (blue), and instead we received another cat and another size and in different colors. Basically, we did not get our order. We wrote an email that did not get an answer and tried to call... but they hung up at us, claiming there was no email received and that they did not speak either French or English !
We are ready to change our comment if they reach out to us... but so disappointing for the price.
