Alla sprovvedutaggine del management va aggiunta una consistente dose di acredine e maleducazione. A Roma si può trovare, pressoché dappertutto di meglio. Molto, molto di meglio a prezzi certamente meno esosi. Attenzione! Tendono a non rilasciare ricevute fiscalmente valide! La gestione di questo piccolo inferno estetico è totalmente carente di professionalità ed accortezza. Da evitare molto,molto accuratamente!
The owner is absolutely unprofessional and inexperienced as the limited and poorly prepared operative staff. A substantial dose of bitterness and rudeness must be added to management's lack of ability. In Rome it can be found almost everywhere better. Very much better at certainly less expensive prices. Warning! They tend not to issue valid tax receipts! The management of this small aesthetic hell is totally lacking in professionalism and foresight. To be avoided very, very carefully!

Their service is exceptional .They are warm and very pleasant people. I will recommend this place to every body???.
