La prima impressione che si ha nell’entrare nel negozio, è una sensazione di pulizia e ordine. Il bancone espositivo è grande e ben organizzato, l’eccellenza delle carni è già tangibile ad occhio nudo. Per la nostra esperienza, consiglio gli Hamburger, le bistecche di manzo e gli involtini di carne ripieni di sedano e carota, ma in generale tutti i preparati sono ottimi. Da non dimenticare assolutamente i loro arrosticini di pecora. In sintesi, abbiamo trovato il nostro punto di riferimento per la nostra carne. Ci tengo a precisare che non siamo di zona, per acquistare la bontà noi partiamo da Cesano di Roma. My family and I are lovers of barbecue and good meat in general. Io non cambio più maceleria, ormai quella è la mia macelleria di fiducia.
