I proprietari oltre ad eseguire a meraviglia il loro mestiere sanno consigliarti anche a discapito del guadagno. Consiglio vivamente la salsiccia semplice e l'agnello. Eseguono anche un servizio sottovuoto per tutti i prodotti. Ho scoperto, attraverso conoscenze varie, che moltissima gente viene anche dal centro città di Catania per acquistare da loro. È molto pulita, i proprietari sono molto cortesi e disponibili a soddisfare ogni esigenza ...sono molto professionali dato che è un lavoro che si tramanda da padre in figli. La carne è di primissima qualità e anche tutti gli altri alimenti sono scelti con molta cura. Se vi trovate in zona vi consiglio vivamente di andarci. Ci sono pure i formaggi locali e le olive. Carne buona per le arrostite nella brace. C'è l'elimina-code ed il personale è cordiale. Excellent butcher in the center of Maletto.
