★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es war ein Geschenk des Himmels, dass ich auf diese kleine Metzgerei getroffen bin. Ich esse häufig Schweinefleisch und achte auf hohe Qualität. Das Fleisch, welches ich hier bekam, schlägt alles bisher Erlebte. Saftig, nussig-kernig im Geschmack, butterzart, kein erwähnenswerter Gewichtsverlust beim Braten - einfach sensationell!!! Ein schönes Stück Schweinebauch habe ich gepökelt und geräuchert. Weltklasse!!
Nicht zu vergessen, das sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal!
It was a godsend that I met this little butcher. I eat pork a lot and pay attention to high quality. The meat I got here beats everything I've experienced so far. Juicy, nutty-pithy taste, buttery, no weight loss worth mentioning when roasting - simply sensational !!! I cured and smoked a nice piece of pork belly. World class !!
Not to forget the very friendly and courteous staff!
