Ottima la selezione di vini, sempre garantiti dalla conoscenza diretta tra macellaio e viticoltore. Speciali anche i formaggi di malga La Giuncà di Fobello e anche altre chicche come il cioccolato bean to bar della provincia ferrarese o la Giardiniera di Morgan...e molti altri
