Fino a 12 anni mangiavo solo prosciutto cotto e pollo (rigorosamente petto), crescendo con una madre vegetariana non é mai stato un dramma, ma crescendo con l'anemia hanno sempre cercato di farmi mangiare carne col risultato di farmela odiare ancora di più... Beh! Fossero andati da Paltrinieri avrei voluto la carne anche nel biberon! LA CARNE IN ASSOLUTO MIGLIORE DI FERRARA (e di macellerie ne ho girate parecchie)!!! Ormai ho preso l'abitudine di passare quando riesco e di quello che c'é sul bancone mangerei tutto! Perfino il fegato é invitante! Inoltre ogni volta ci sono prodotti nuovi preparati da loro con verdure e altro! Che dire? Avrei voluto scoprirla prima ? aggiungo anche che il personale é estremamente gentile ? adesso vado che sono pronte le salsicce ? Inoltre sotto il macinato misto mi sono trovato 40-50 grammi di carne bianca, penso pollo o tacchino da me non richiesta ma usata da loro per fare peso. Mai più.
