Quindi mi ha proposto (e le ho ordinate) delle bistecche di Angus Argentino, che ieri sera, ho cucinato alla brace.... Ebbene, non ci sono parole per definire l'altissima qualita' della carne, la sua morbidezza, ed il sapore spettacolare !!!!! Avevo mangiato, gia' altre volte questo tipo di prodotto, ma a questo livello, non ce n'e' per nessuno..... Una poesia.. e non esagero... senza parlare dei miei ospiti, che hanno gradito non poco... Quindi brava Anna e la sua figliola, che curano questa Macelleria/ Tavola calda, con la massima dedizione.. Locale pulitissimo.... Brave.. continuate cosi'... Consigliatissimo !!!!! Last night I had a dinner, which I really cared about, a few days ago I turned to Mrs. Anna to order him some Angus steaks to do on the grill ... Then she proposed me (and I ordered them) some Argentine Angus steaks, that last night, I cooked on the grill .... Well, there are no words to define the very high quality of the meat, its softness, and the spectacular flavor !!!!! I had eaten this type of product before, but at this level, there is none for anyone ..... A poem .. and I am not exaggerating ... not to mention my guests, who did not like little ... So good Anna and her daughter, who take care of this Butcher / Diner, with the utmost dedication .. Spotlessly clean .... Brave .. keep it up ... Highly recommended !!!!!
