Se non hanno voglia di interfacciarsi con la clientela potrebbero chiudere o dare il locale in gestione a qualcuno. Per quanto riguarda i prodotti poi...nulla di eccelso considerando che a stento si riesce a comprare qualcosa senza essere maltrattati. It has never happened to me to enter a store where the staff seems to do the customers a favor. If they do not want to interface with customers, they could close or give the local management to someone. As for the products, then ... nothing excellent considering that you can barely buy something without being abused.

Non é in discussione la qualità del cibo ci tengo a specificarlo. Tuttavia sono molto delusa e infastidita da chi si è occupato della mia ordinazione. Prima una specie di terzo grado: da dove venivo, quale quartiere etc etc, da distinguere dalla solita chiacchierata che uno può fare con un commesso, era di tutt'altro genere. Poi una serie di disattenzioni una dietro l'altra, l'ultima l'aver richiesto il sotto vuoto per i prodotti acquistati ed essermi accorta solo in macchina che nulla era sotto vuoto. Torno a piedi al punto vendita, in salita e con molta neve, mi faccio fare il sotto vuoto e scopro che due imbustamenti con sottovuoto costano ben 2 euro, nulla da dire se la cosa fosse stata segnalata e francamente a mia memoria non mi sembra di averlo mai pagato da loro. E anche la richiesta dei 2 euro è stata un po' sui generis. Maggiore attenzione alla clientela please..... Siamo entrati per comprare dei prodotti e la signora si è rivota a noi dicendo “veloci che devo chiudere” sbattendo buste e prodotti da ogni parte. Immagino che se la signora avesse chiuso 5 minuti più tardi, ciò avrebbe causato un olocausto nucleare. Non metteteci piede, ci sono moltissimi altri posti con prodotti e personale di migliore qualità. Shocking rudeness from the owners. We went in to buy some products and the lady came back to us saying "fast I have to close" by slamming envelopes and products from all sides. I suppose if the lady had closed 5 minutes later, this would have caused a nuclear holocaust. Do not step in, there are plenty of other places with better quality products and staff.
