p	pasquale scida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato a pranzo...cibo pessimo, carne per amburgher non non di qualità troppo cotta e dura...patatine fritte quasi bruciacchiate.... Si erano dimenticati la mia carne con le patate e dopo la mia insistenza me le hanno portate semi fredde/ congelate... Hanno sbagliato due volte il conto aggiungendo cose che non avevamo prese e che erano di un altro tavolo. Esperienza da dimenticare I have been for lunch ... bad food, meat for hamburgers not not too cooked and hard quality ... fries almost scorched .... They had forgotten my meat with potatoes and after my insistence they brought them to me semi cold / frozen ... They got the bill wrong twice by adding things we didn't take and which were from another table. Experience to forget

Personale eccellente soprattutto il Signor Vittorio molto cordiale e gentile. La colazione è stata molto ricca, senza dubbio ritornerò molto presto! The hotel has all the amenities, cozy and warm. The staff were very kind and helpful. Typical products as always very delicious. Excellent staff especially Mr Vittorio very friendly and kind. The breakfast was very rich, no doubt I will be back very soon!
S	Stefania Sorgente on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati per la prima e l'ultima volta ieri in questo hotel da dove cominciare stanza data alle 15.00 del pomeriggio e lasciarla alla mattina seguente e già non va bene, pulizia delle stanze poca nella mia c'era puzza di fogna e hai muri delle ragnatele,cibo diciamo discreto ma da fare la fame pietanze mini e se cercavi il bis a pagamento e che dire dell'acqua riempita da loro ma a pagamento la prima volta in 13 anni che vado a Camigliatello che mi capita una cosa del genere e se volevi il vino non c'era della casa ma dovevi prendere per forza una bottiglia che aveva un bel prezzo e ancora volevi la macchina al riparo garage dell'hotel a pagamento assurdo. Sconsigliatissimo. We were for the first and last time yesterday in this hotel from where to start room given at 15.00 in the afternoon and leave it the next morning and already not good, little room cleaning in mine there was a smell of sewer and you have walls of the cobwebs, food let's say discreet but to starve mini dishes and if you were looking for an encore for a fee and what about the water filled by them but for a fee the first time in 13 years that I go to Camigliatello that something like this happens to me and if you wanted the wine there was no house but you had to take a bottle that had a nice price and you still wanted the car in the garage of the hotel for an absurd fee. Not recommended.

Grande merito al ristorante per il buon cibo e per il personale che è venuto adeguatamente e pazientemente in contro alle difficili, ahimè, esigenze di una famiglia con tre persone celiache. Una particolare menzione al maitre Vittorio, molto gentile e disponibile (...quando il lavoro si fa con passione!). Soggiorno in pensione completa di soli due giorni, purtroppo per causa di forza maggiore, la prossima volta almeno una settimana. The structure is a little dated but welcoming and very well heated, the staff is helpful and kind. Great credit to the restaurant for the good food and for the staff who came adequately and patiently to meet the difficult, alas, needs of a family with three celiacs. A special mention to the maitre Vittorio, very kind and helpful (... when the work is done with passion!). Full board stay of only two days, unfortunately due to force majeure, next time at least a week.
M	Marcello Andriani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca accoglienza, ambiente molto freddo, le stanze fredde, personale alla reception poco cordiali, non informano gli ospiti dei parcheggi riservati alla struttura che sono a pagamento e di altri costi aggiuntivi di soggiorno, ristorante ottimo e ache il servizio eccellente del Sig. Vittorio. Non è possibile che dopo aver trascorso una giornata sulla neve, rientrare e trovare l'ambiente freddo e soprattutto la propria stanza è acqua. Non è assolutamente da consigliare. Poor welcome, very cold environment, cold rooms, unfriendly reception staff, do not inform guests of the parking spaces reserved for the structure that are subject to charges and other additional costs of stay, excellent restaurant and also the excellent service of Mr. Vittorio. It is not possible that after spending a day in the snow, you can come back and find the cold environment and above all your room is water. It is absolutely not to be recommended.
m	marianna gara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RITORNERÓ! Ho trascorso 4 giorni nell'hotel insieme al mio fidanzato, dove ho trovato tutti i confort. La camera pulitissima, calda e accogliente. La cucina deliziosa, prodotti locali freschi e senza essere pieni di olio e sale come spesso accade. La colazione era piena di dolci preparati direttamente dallo chef, oltre che i cornetti buoni, caldi e fragranti, per poi passare al salato con uova strapazzate e bacon, pane fresco e affettato. Un complimento anche a tutto il personale, dalla reception, al signor Vittorio e Antonio. Siamo stati super serviti e coccolati. Abbiamo anche fatto la Spa, con sauna, bagno turco, doccia emozionale e idromassaggio, il tutto accompagnato da un infuso caldo e degli spiedini di frutta. Voglio sottolineare anche il fatto che hanno rispettato sempre tutte le misure anti-covid, facendo le prenotazioni per i pasti per essere pochi in sala e farci sedere distanziati. Sono estremamente soddisfatta, infatti abbiamo già detto che ritorneremo presto. Consigliatissimo! I'LL COME BACK! I spent 4 days in the hotel with my boyfriend, where I found all the comforts. The room was spotless, warm and welcoming. Delicious cuisine, fresh local products and without being full of oil and salt as is often the case. The breakfast was full of pastries prepared directly by the chef, as well as good, hot and fragrant croissants, then switched to savory with scrambled eggs and bacon, fresh and sliced bread. A compliment also to all the staff, from the reception, to Mr. Vittorio and Antonio. We were super served and pampered. We also did the Spa, with sauna, turkish bath, emotional shower and whirlpool, all accompanied by a hot infusion and fruit skewers. I also want to emphasize the fact that they have always respected all anti-covid measures, making reservations for meals to be few in the room and make us sit spaced. I am extremely satisfied, in fact we have already said that we will be back soon. Highly recommended!
