★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor breakfast, reception that pretends that does not speak English and steal your passport and give it back. The most terrifying is that they don't answer email and call (including a calling from police station). Avoid places like that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well located (ristorante and shopping mall) , room were good but outside very noisy with loud music late in the night. Only stay 1 night (Tuesday) so cannot say if it is every night or a special event.

I now have a problem I am stucked in Italy waiting for my documents they kept for them they dont answer emails and say they sent the documents but has no papet registration. They are lazy even to try to
Solve a problem they caused to their customers. I am now in doubt if they really send my documents because for sure it wasnt on priority. I am having additional costs and have no way to charge that. So disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here on our way to the nearby national parks. The staff is friendly, but the rooms are tiny and ours had really high humidity, making the floors/towels all damp. You can hear everything throughout the floor in the room and the doors rattle when the elevator opens/other doors close. So you end up waking up through the night thinking someone is trying to get into your room. Overall I would not suggest this to travelers.
