I only knew this butcher's shop by reputation as I ate their meat several times in at least a couple of restaurants of a certain level in the center of Perugia that are served in this butcher's shop, some time ago I went in person and I must say that the quality is hear and see.

Anche i preparati sono davvero eccellenti e un apprezzamento particolare va al loro paté: crea dipendenza! The best butcher in the city, without a doubt!
