Fair chicken prices.
Very difficult to navigate when busy.
For true Umbrian goods go to Umbro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting concept for shopping here. You enter the front door and immediately you've joined the queue for the checkout. You slowly shuffle past each shelf and put stuff in your basket. If you've forgotten something you've got to awkwardly squeeze past everyone and rejoin at the back of the queue. You might be thinking 'hang on though, I thought queues don't exist in Italy'. Well they make the aisles so narrow that it naturally forces everyone into a single file queue. If you want a grocery store in the city center just hop on the minimetro to Fontivegge and there's a much bigger, less crowded Co-op.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small. Narrow aisles. Crowded. Checkout cannot weigh and the self use scales screen is unresponsive. Staff friendly. Reasonably well stocked considering tiny space.
