★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cattivo odore di candeggina tutte le volte che mi sono recato sul posto. A mio avviso non è sintomo di buona pulizia. Carni di bassa qualità. Ho richiesto delle fettine di carne da fare alla piastra e il proprietario tira fuori una busta dalla cella frigorifera con un pezzo di carne che alla fine è risultata insipida e legnosa. Inoltre una volta ordinato dei petti di pollo ho notato che tutti gli scarti di grasso vengono inseriti nel tritacarne..probabilmente per trasformarli in hamburger e preparati vari.
Bad smell of bleach every time I went to the place. In my opinion it is not a symptom of good cleaning. Low quality meats. I asked for some slices of meat to be grilled and the owner takes an envelope out of the cold room with a piece of meat which in the end was tasteless and woody. In addition, once I ordered chicken breasts, I noticed that all the scraps of fat are inserted into the meat grinder ... probably to turn them into hamburgers and various preparations.
