★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso una fiorentina fatta maturare lentamente in cella ben 4 mesi. (Mai mangiato prima una carne così). Inutile commentare il risultato. 7 minuti su entrambi i lati e altri 7 minuti in piedi sul ossa con la brace non troppo forte. E venuta perfetta tipo roast-beef. Delizioso ?
