Non mollate mai, siete il meglio e grazie per la gioia che sento nell’assaporare la vostra carne. Un ringraziamento a Pierino che mi ha fatto scoprire questa realtà unica e preziosa. Un suggerimento ai ristoranti: quando chiedo la carne ben cotta e mi dite che poi diventa stopposa....balle...,se la carne è di Ruggeri la puoi anche fare ben cotta ed è poesia. Stasera due belle costate da 4 hg l’una con un buon vino rosso in accompagnamento, questa è vita. Personale gentilissimo e reparto gastronomia top. Qualità e professionalità. Siete i migliori, grazie!

A suggestion to restaurants: when I ask for well-cooked meat and you tell me that it becomes stringy .... bales ..., if the meat is by Ruggeri you can also make it well done and it is poetry.
