Uno standard che non sa né di "vecchia macelleria" dove ci si conosce per nome e si acquista per farsi un piacere, né di boutique con fronzoli e roba stantia dai prezzi assurdi. Franco è un chiacchierone, molto simpatico, cordiale e gentile. Vi consiglio di guardare il banco perché nel tempo di scegliere ciò che più vi piace verrete serviti. Le vetrine sono impeccabili, trasparenti, tutto è pulito a dovere come si richiede per il trattamento di uno dei prodotti più delicati. I prezzi sono commisurati alla qualità: si paga esattamente nella misura di ciò che ci si può aspettare una volta a casa. Le carni sono esposte, l'assortimento più che soddisfacente, e la scorta quasi inesauribile. Se c'è un modo per dimostrare passione per il proprio mestiere Franco ve lo dimostrerà... Quando consumerete la carne sono sicuro che penserete a questo commento e lo troverete illuminante.
